Stridemate is a pace calculator app for runners. Your privacy is important to us, and we’ve designed this app with privacy as a core principle.

Data Collection

We do not collect any personal data.

Stridemate:

  • Does not require an account or login
  • Does not collect your name, email, or any personal information
  • Does not track your location
  • Does not access your contacts, photos, or other device data
  • Does not use analytics or tracking services
  • Does not display advertisements

Data Storage

All app data (your saved calculations and preferences) is stored locally on your device only. This data:

  • Never leaves your device
  • Is stored in your browser’s IndexedDB (for PWA) or device storage (for mobile apps)
  • Is not synced to any server
  • Is not backed up to the cloud by us

Third-Party Services

Stridemate does not integrate with any third-party services that collect data. The app works entirely offline after initial download.

The app contains links to:

  • Ko-fi (for optional donations)
  • This privacy policy page

When you tap these links, you will leave the app and those external sites have their own privacy policies.

Children’s Privacy

Stridemate does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.
