15m warmup 8x 800m with 400m recovery 15m cooldown

This was my first track run since I started training. Used the AUT millennium track. This was a challenging workout. But I’m surprised how easily I could handle it. Didn’t use any music, water or energy gel during this. Had 1 banana before workout. It rained heavily during some of the laps.
