5 min walk/jog 20 min easy 10 min challenging pace 5 min walk/jog

The challenging pace was 4:05 to 4:31, Couldn’t keep that pace for 10 mins :/ Legs aren’t feeling great today. Gotta rest more.

On the plus side my heat acclimation went up after this run.
