      Today I ran with my Brooks Adrenaline.
      These will be my easy and long run shoes for the next few months :)

      6x 1m 4:12 - 4:25 /km with 60s recovery lap between each rep

      6x 30s 3:35 - 3:47 /km with 60s recovery lap between each rep

      New 10k PR! 50:35, wasn't running to do a PR though.

      RIP to my old shoe. ASICS Gel Kayano Lite 2 is now retired.

      My new shoes are Saucony Endorphin Pro 2
      And Brooks Adrenaline.

      This is my first carbon fibre plated shoe 😍
      These feel great at high speeds.
