10 to 12 - 1 minute rep at 5:05 to 5:17 /km
1 minute jog at 6:53 to 7:26 /km between each rep
End with 10 to 20 minutes of 6:17 to 6:50 /km
Total - 50m - 1h 10m -
Afternoon easy 40min run

On this run I ran without music and headphones. It felt different. I should do this more. -
Evening run

I used a metronome during the run, started at 130 bpm then went upto 180 bpm increasing 5bpm every 20 sec. Then I ran at 180 for a while, then dropped down to 160 and then after 3 minutes went upto 170 amd stayed there for the rest of the run.
This is my first recorded run where I crossed 5km under 30 minutes. Feeling happy. -
