      There was a mild discomfort and pain in the leg for the first few kms, after that went away, the run felt good.

      Next week, I'll lower my mileage in order to recover.

      The challenging pace was 4:05 to 4:31,
      Couldn't keep that pace for 10 mins :/
      Legs aren't feeling great today. Gotta rest more.

      On the plus side my heat acclimation went up after this run.
