      This was my first run after getting the booster Pfizer covid vaccine dose.
      I got it yesterday.
      This run felt okay despite my HRV being low.

      Swapped my Progression Run for a bike ride today. Had a bit of soreness in my leg due to not stretching after yesterday's run.
      This ride helped my legs feel better.

      I squeezed in an extra day of recovery before this run. I'm starting to taper for the HM race on Jan 23rd. Felt great during this run, thanks to the recovery days.
