So I'll consider it recovered.

Felt some tingling pain in my upper back in the first few Ks, but I felt okay after that.
Will resume training plan tomorrow. (continuing with recovery week)

My upper back is feeling better today, it isn't paining while walking. (maybe it's just the pain killer working).
