Ran the last 3 kms as fast as I could in the aerobic zone. What a perfect day for a Long Run 😁
The new alpha update v6.x of garmin added stamina mode support to my watch. I started out with 98% stamina on this run and finished around 52%. This was my first run with stamina metric. I didn’t find it particularly useful on this run. But I’ll keep it on there and see if it helps for other runs. I’ve shared a screenshot of what garmin says about training with stamina, you can read it if you’re interested :)
Nutrition: 1 energy gel at 15km 1 energy gel at 25km Took a small stop at 19km to fill my water bottle. Drank about 1L of water during this run.
