ASICS Gel-Kayano Lite 2

Activity Description

I used a metronome during the run, started at 130 bpm then went upto 180 bpm increasing 5bpm every 20 sec. Then I ran at 180 for a while, then dropped down to 160 and then after 3 minutes went upto 170 amd stayed there for the rest of the run. This is my first recorded run where I crossed 5km under 30 minutes. Feeling happy.
